Montecito is a residential neighbourhood on the southwest flank of Burnaby Mountain, wrapped around the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course and bordering conservation forest. It is known in planning documents as Sperling-Broadway.

Location & boundaries

It sits southwest of Burnaby Mountain, between Kensington Avenue to the west and Greystone Drive and Arden Avenue to the east, with Halifax Street and Lougheed Highway forming its northern and southern boundaries.
