Location & boundaries

It occupies part of the Massey-Victory Heights hillside between Eighth and Tenth Avenues, roughly between McBride Boulevard and William Street, above Sapperton. Glenbrooke North lies to the west and Sapperton to the south.

History

The Massey Heights subdivision was developed from the early 1950s — most of its lots sold within a month in 1953 — and is named after Governor General Vincent Massey; many homes were built for returning Second World War veterans.
