It lies in west Abbotsford, roughly bounded by Old Yale and Bradner to the north, Huntingdon Road to the south, Ross Road to the east and Station Road to the west, with Aldergrove and Langley just west and the U.S. border to the south.

History

Settled in the late 1800s and named after the city of Aberdeen in Scotland, it is one of the city's earliest districts.
