Location & boundaries

In the northeast corner of Surrey, extending from the Fraser River in the north to about 96 Avenue in the south, and from 144 Street west to near 196 Street at the Langley border.

History

The community was named after Guildford in Surrey, England; the Guildford Town Centre mall opened on November 8, 1966.
