Tuscany is a large family-oriented community on Calgary's far northwest edge, built around ravines and a private residents' club and served by its own CTrain station. It offers quick highway access to the mountains.

Location & boundaries

It sits in the far northwest, bounded by Crowchild Trail to the north, Stoney Trail and Nose Hill Drive to the east and Twelve Mile Coulee Road to the west, with neighbours including Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak, Arbour Lake, Scenic Acres and Valley Ridge.

History

The community was established in 1994, named after the Italian region, and built out over the following two decades.
