Location & boundaries

It sits in the southeast near the city's southern edge, south of Auburn Bay and east of Cranston, bounded by Deerfoot Trail to the west and Seton Boulevard to the north.

History

The South Health Campus hospital opened in 2011 and the surrounding residential neighbourhood was established from around 2018, with the urban district built out over the following years.

Lifestyle

It is a newer, amenity-rich community where residents can reach shopping, health care and recreation without leaving the district.

Housing & property types

Housing is a mix of townhomes, apartment condominiums and single-family homes.

Shopping & dining

The Seton urban district is a large retail and services hub with grocery, big-box stores, restaurants and a Cineplex cinema.
