Location & boundaries
It sits in the deep-south southwest, south of Stoney Trail, east of Spruce Meadows, west of Sheriff King Street and north of 194th Avenue SW, near Bridlewood, Somerset and Chaparral.
History
The land was annexed in 1984 but stayed undeveloped for years; home construction began in 2005, with wetlands preserved between the community and Spruce Meadows.
